We all have lots of memories of school days. It is really tough to recall the time of growing up. However, if I talk about recalling the best time of our life, we all go back to our school days. Those days were better because we never had any pressure, worries and tension. Today, we all are trapped in a cage. I think about earning money and unknowingly I want a luxurious life.
“Somewhere, I’m losing my life.
In a life I always wanted to have.”
Is growing up makes you happy?
I guess no. You have so many responsibilities, expectations of your loved ones and of course work pressure. Also, I should not ignore the level of competition. Competition of moving ahead and proving your worth to the world. As, receiving a chocolate, pen or video game is not enough to feel like achieving the goal. Desires are making their grip stronger than before
Recalling the Memories of School Days
Bunks from classes and then from school too.
Punishments for reaching late to school and for not doing homework.
Made fun of teacher because I wanted to go out of the class.
“I got a sore throat”, because I do not want to do a reading.
Avoiding the eye contact with a teacher, because I do not know the answer of the question.
Doing the signature of my father.
Taking help from the auto rickshaw guy to get my mobile phone from the principal.
“I completed my homework, but forgot to bring the notebook.”
Crushes used to be cute. And we used to do silly stuffs to make them smile.
Bingo, Pen fight, name/place/animal/thing, tic tac toe, dots were the favorite games.
And lastly, waiting for the last bell of the school hours.
“Somewhere in the circle of watch, we all grew up.
We lost the innocence we once had.”
